1. From Unlimitedness to Limitedness Consciousness
	This end of the 20th Century, we live in the world that we need to start to seriously consider the difference between the Unlimitedness and the Limitedness. The 21stCentury is the century that human beings should live in the civilization that we are forced to confront the limitedness of the earth.
	Many important natural resources, including fossil fuel, that are needed to sustain our civilization. will be exhausted. Once we believed that our mother earth provides us unlimited amount of resources we need. The 21st Century is the age we can not avoid to realize the limitedness of the natural resources.
	The Environmental Problems are generated because of the limitedness of the earth. Since Air and Water are limited, if we use them more than the nature can purify, they can not avoid to be polluted.
	Human beings has not considered the limitedness of the nature and has not hesitated to exceed the limitation the nature can afford. We have used an ideology that ignore the limitedness of this globe. This ideology has pursued something faster, farther, more comfortable, richer and many MOREs. We created the civilization that sought these MOREs. This idea hit the wall in the 21st century. We need to process the "Limitedness Consciousness" and to change our lifestyle in the coming 21st century.
2. The Era of the Great Change
	in the 21st Century, it is clear that the Information Technology will revolutionize the human life. In 1990s, we are experiencing the beginning of the Information Age. Although it is not complete enough, this World Congress can be Participated from any part of the world through the Internet. As we discussed in the Congress, the electrical money and the electrical trade are not Science Function anymore. This means, in the Information Society, we can not business the same way we have done in the past. Consequently we will face the fundamental restructuring of the business structure system, the accounting system, the settlement system and all aspects of business. Information Revolution will influence not only business but also community, government, education, health care and any sectors of the society. We are living in the era that "the future is not on the same line of the past." Creative Solution are needed for any fields of the society.
3. From "Discussing the Problem" to "Seeking the Creative Solution"
	The 20th Century have been the era of problem finding. In this coming new era, we need to seek the creative solution. We need to reconsider our education for this coming century. Studying on the knowledge and technology of the past has less importance. Students must train their ability to find and implement creative solution. We do not want them to be people who are manipulated by electrical media. We want them to be people who can think with their own brain. Wisdom of the human beings is the only thing that can solve our problems. Developing human resources that can realize "the future and creativity", which is the theme of the Congress, is one of the biggest tasks human beings have.
4. The Era of Thinking Paradigm Shift代
	We are living in the era of "the future is not on the same line of the past." In this kind of situation, we can not use our conventional way of solving problems. We have used the Research Approach that try to solve problems through researching on the past and the current and creating the solution for the future. This conventional thinking has become less effective in this uncertain world. Albert Einstein is supposed to have said "We shall require an entirely new way of thinking, if we are to survive." In the keynote speech of the Congress, Prof. Gerald Nadler gave us a remark "Unless Your Thinking Changes, Nothing Will." The Shift in Thinking Paradigm is needed for our next century.
5. The Global Village Realized by the Globalians
	We need to consider a new style of global community for the 21st Century. Development of information technology and transportation technology has generated the global village. The world became much smaller than what used to be. However, human beings still have a lot of conflicts based on race, religion and ideology. It is clear that we should change our behavior for creating the true global village. We need to respect the uniqueness the other people possess. We should respect the uniqueness of each race, religion, ideology and culture has. Then it will be possible to co-create the true new global village. In the era of the global village, relation between people would be more important than relation between nations. We should seek to create the global community that is rather Inter-People not just International. Inter-People Globaian Movement should be promoted to create the new community for the human beings of the 21st Century.
